City’s Mobile Office coming to Klipheuwel and Brackenfell

26 September 2025

The City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be visiting the Klipheuwel Clinic next week Thursday and the Rusoord Community Hall in Brackenfell on Friday. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.

The details are as follows:

  • Thursday, 2 October 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Klipheuwel Clinic, Cloete Drive, Klipheuwel
  • Friday, 3 October 2025, from 9:30 to 13:30 at the Rusoord Community Hall, Dennegeur Street, Brackenfell

During these mobile office visits, the City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection and all other account enquiries.

‘These visits form part of the City’s commitment to bringing services to various communities and making local government more accessible to residents. By bringing these services right to the residents’ doorsteps, they can engage with the City on a wide-range of services. Residents are reminded to bring along their IDs or municipal accounts to help ease the process on the day,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
